Graduation Photo Packages and Information School Year 2017/2018
Graduation sessions have been extended until the end of August 2018
The studio is located at 179 Murray Street, Studio E (upstairs), inside of the famous Rectory Art House. To access the building when doors are locked, please knock.
NOTE ON ACCESSIBILITY: The studio has stairs and is thus not wheelchair accessible. For anyone unable to access our studio, we will hold an on campus session day in a fully accessible environment. We apologize for any inconvenience.
How do I book an appointment?
Don't see a date or time that fits your schedule? Contact us directly as we often extend availability to accommodate those who can't make it to the studio during our regular hours.
We can be reached by phone at 613-869-6775 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. You can additionally contact us through the form you can find on our Contact Page.
If you wish to have your session outdoors or on location, you must contact us directly to make prior arrangements.
What is the sitting fee?
There are no sitting fees the day of your photoshoot. You only pay for the finished package of your choice which has all the fees included.
I would like my session outside rather than in the studio. Is that possible?
Yes! If you would like a more personalized session, it's an option. Whether you would like the photos around campus, in a park, or in your favourite bar, for additional $20 we can make it to your location. Contact us as soon as possible to make arrangements. Additionally, split sessions, half in studio, half on location, are also possible for $30 charge and can be done on the same day or on separate days.
Can I bring family/friends or props to my photo session?
Of course! If you are planning on bringing friends or family please let us know at the time of the booking so we can set up accordingly. Additionally, if you're bringing friends who are also in the JD Law program, we have a limited amount of gowns, so check in with us to make sure we can accommodate. As of present moment, we only have the graduation sashes for the JD Law program.
We encourage bringing props to make your session more personalized. Whether it's your most beloved (or hated) textbook, a portrait of you graduating high school, or a pint glass you stole from you're favourite bar on St. Paddy's day, we will be happy to photograph you with it.
Where can I view the photos after the session?
After your session, you will be given a unique link for you to follow and share with friends and family. Your sample photos will be available online for preview within 24 hours from your shoot. The sample photos will not be retouched, and will be watermarked. Once you have made your selection, the photos will be retouched and can be cropped to your liking.
What should I wear to the session?
A white t-shirt usually works best. Majority of your outfit will be covered up by the gown, as on most people it is down to mid calf. Your portrait session will generally include photos from waist up, unless you request a full body shot.
